We then went to Muhlhaus, France where her grandfather's sister lived on Rue de l'Horticulture 1a. Grandma had a letter that was written from her great aunt to her grandpa (written in german) which was written in February of 1883. It was really neat because we took a picture of her at both places with the letters.

It's the area of Alsace-Lorraine so we had to get Alsace food there. Took us a while but we finally found a place. I had rabbit which was really good. Richie had some rib type food and grandma had pasta. :)
This picture was taken on our way back to the car in the parking garage elevator. We didn't get home to really late.

Sunday~ For Mother's Day we had a lazy day to start. Luna and I painted our toes. Luna had purple, and I did hotpink.

Then we went out to lunch in downtown Wiesbaden.
Richie stopped and picked me up flowers on the way home. It was seriously a HUGE bouquet of flowers with red roses and baby's breath and some Calla Lily's. Very pretty!
I got to pick the dinner tonight so we had banana splits! They were so yummy. I think Josiah scarfed his down in about 4 minutes. It was a great day!! Happy Mother's Day!!!
Mother's Day seems a bit harder without my mom here. I really miss her. I'm thankful for my kids that I can hug on them. It helps a little.
